PremiereGate is run by a single accountant-advisor with deep experience in UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and business setup. Bilingual delivery (Arabic and English), Abu Dhabi-based, and accountable to you directly โ not to a partner committee.
Before formalising the practice, I spent years informally helping owner-operators navigate the FTA, MOHRE, ICP, ADDED, and Tamm. The recurring theme: SMEs were getting overcharged or under-served by big firms, and abandoned by free-zone bundlers after Year 1. PremiereGate is the version of the service I always wanted to offer โ productized, transparent, and personal.
